I have been working with individuals and families to provide counseling and psychotherapy for 20 years.
It is an honor to witness the resilience and transformation that my clients demonstrate in the face of life’s struggles.
I bring to my work a focus on strength and attachment, as well as intuition, empathy, and a deep commitment to mental health, building community, equity and social justice.
With a Masters degree in Social Work from UCLA, I have extensive experience providing individual, family, and parenting support as well as Clinical Supervision to therapists working towards gaining their license. I have provided therapy to adults, adolescents and children in both private practice and community based settings in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Los Angeles. My work has ranged from a more traditional psychotherapy model of one session a week, to intensive collaboration, involving more frequent contact with clients, multiple therapies and community/school-based support.
